Voting
(1) Voting in the Republican Referendum shall be conducted under the requirements laid down in Chapter X, to be applied accordingly.
(2) The voter fills in the ballot papers by applying the stamp marked “voted” inside a single circle under the quadrangle containing the words “YES” or “NO”, thereby expressing his/her option.
