Confirmation of the results of the Republican Referendum

(1) The Central Electoral Commission, within 24 hours after tabulation of the Repub­lican Referendum results, shall submit to the Constitutional Court a report on the results of the referendum and the documents provided for in Article 85.

(2) Within 10 days, the Constitutional Court shall examine the documents submitted by the Central Electoral Commission and confirm or deny, by a decision, the results of the Republican Referendum
