Setting the date of the Local Referendum

The date of the Local Referendum shall be set by the Central Electoral Commission within 30 days of the date of adoption of the decision on holding the referendum, at least 70 days before the date of the referendum, provided that, when several referendums are being initiated, they shall take place at the same time, not more than 2 times a year, in spring and autumn.
