Collecting signatures

(1) From the date of initiative group registration, but no earlier than the date of is­sue of the signatures collecting lists, its members have the right to collect the signatures of the supporters of the Local Referendum on the signatures collecting lists.

(2) Signatures shall be collected under the conditions laid down in this Chapter and by the regulation approved by the Central Electoral Commission for that purpose. The provisions of Article 65 shall be applied correspondingly, to the extent that they do not contravene the special requirements related to the collection of signatures of the sup­porters of the Local Referendum.

(3) For the organisation of the Local Referendum, it is necessary to collect signa­tures of at least 10 % of the number of citizens eligible to vote that have their domicile on the concerned administrative-territorial unit.
