Expenditure for organisation of elections
(1) Expenditure relating to the preparation and organisation of Riigikogu elections is covered from the state budget.

(4) The expenditure of the population register relating to the registration of voters is covered from the state budget out of the funds available therefor in the budget of the Ministry of the Interior. [RT I, 09.07.2018, 1 – entry into force 01.01.2021]
(5) Expenditure relating to the organisation of voting in a foreign state is covered from the state budget out of the funds available therefor in the budget of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. [RT I, 11.07.2014, 1 – entry into force 21.07.2014]
(6) Expenditure related to the performance of the functions of the Information System Authority provided in subsection 2 of § 181of this Act is covered out of the funds prescribed for the activities of the Information System Authority in the budget of the State Electoral Office of the Chancellery of the Riigikogu.
