Accessibility of lists of voters

(1) A voter may check the correctness of data entered in the list of voters concerning themselves.

(2) After the election day, the authorised representatives of political parties and election coalitions andindependent candidates and their authorised representatives may, in the event of sufficient interest, examine the lists of voters to the necessary extent at the location of the State Electoral Office, and the lists may also be used for scientific purposes.
