Definition of complaint
For the purposes of this Act, a complaint means a request completed in accordance with the requirements of this Act which is filed with the National Electoral Committee for the review and annulment of a resolution of a rural municipality or city electoral committee or for an act of the elections manager or a rural municipality or city electoral committee to be declared unlawful, and a complaint or an appeal filed with the Supreme Court pursuant to the procedure provided in § 661of this Act against a resolution or an act made by the National Electoral Committee.
