Failure to submit information or materials or to comply with resolution of electoral committee

(1) Failure to submit information or materials for the organisation of elections or failure to comply with aresolution of an electoral committee is punishable by a fine of up to 20 fine units.

(3) A police authority conducts extra-judicial proceedings in the matters of misdemeanours provided insubsection 1 of this section.
