On the day after the deadline referred to in Article I 2, paragraph 2, the central electoral committee shall decide, in a public session beginning at 7:00 PM, on the validity of the lists for each constituency for which they were submitted and on whether to retain the candidates listed on them, as well as on whether to retain the designation of a political grouping placed above them, and shall announce these decisions at the session.
