• 1. The ballot box, constructed in accordance with regulations to be provided by order in council, is placed at the table, within reach of the member of the polling station charged with the task referred to in Article J 26, paragraph 3.

• 2. The polling station closes the ballot box in good time before the start of voting, after ensuring that it is empty.
