Article M 6
 

• 1. The Mayor of The Hague shall send the persons referred to in Article M 1, in a manner to be determined by order in council:


o a. a ballot paper;


o b. an overview of the candidates, arranged by list;


o c. an addressed return envelope;


o d. the postal voting certificate, containing a declaration to be signed by the person that they have personally completed the ballot paper;


o e. an envelope for the ballot paper;


o f. a voter's manual.


• 2. A number shall be stated on the postal voting certificate.


• 3. The documents referred to in the first paragraph shall be sent to the persons referred to in Article M 1, paragraph one, no later than twelve weeks before polling day and to the persons referred to in Article M 1, paragraph two, as soon as possible, except for the ballot paper and the overview of the candidate lists, which shall be sent as soon as possible to all persons referred to in Article M 1. Voting documents shall be sent to voters whose actual place of residence is in Aruba, Curaçao, or Sint Maarten through the Representation of the Netherlands in Aruba, Curaçao, or Sint Maarten.


• 4. Without prejudice to the provisions of the third paragraph, the Mayor of The Hague shall make the overview referred to in paragraph one, under b, publicly available electronically as soon as possible in a generally accessible manner.


• 5. Formats for the documents referred to in paragraph one, under a through f, shall be established by ministerial regulation. Our Minister of the Interior and Kingdom Relations shall provide the municipality of The Hague with the information necessary to produce the postal voting certificate in good time before the election.
