Article N 7

• 1. A blank vote is a vote cast on a ballot paper that the voter has submitted without fully or partially marking a white dot in a voting box and without otherwise writing or drawing on the ballot paper.

• 2. A vote cast on a ballot paper other than the one permitted by or pursuant to this Act is invalid.

• 3. Furthermore, a vote is invalid if it is not considered a blank ballot, but in which the voter has not unambiguously indicated on the ballot paper which candidate they are voting for by partially or fully marking the white dot in a voting box red, or if additions have been placed on the ballot paper that allow the voter to be identified.
