• 1. If the return envelope has not been set aside, the envelope containing the ballot paper shall be placed unopened in the ballot box. If the ballot paper is not in the designated envelope, it is folded and inserted into the ballot box without being inspected.


• 2. If the sum of the number of postal voting certificates and replacement postal voting certificates equals the number of ballot papers or envelopes containing the ballot paper, respectively, but there is more than one postal voting certificate or replacement postal voting certificate in a return envelope, the postal voting office will keep a record of this.
