Article 3
 



In the assembly of a municipality, the capital city and the administrative centre (hereinafter referred to as the Municipal Assembly), 30 councillors shall be elected and an additional councillor per every 5,000 voters.



The number of councillors shall be determined by the Municipal Assembly by a special resolution, at the latest on the day of calling for the election.



One representative per every 6,000 voters shall be elected in the Republican Assembly.



The number MPs shall be determined by the Republican Assembly by a special resolution, at the latest on the day of calling for the election.
