Freedom of expression also protects the freedom to receive information and ideas and the freedom to communicate them. This freedom implies that the protection referred to in Article 10 of the ECHR is extended to all means of expression and transmission of ideas and information, all physical or electronic media, internet sites and portals, radio and television media.
