Voting for the election of councillors and representatives is conducted at polling stations.



Polling stations are set up by the Municipal Election Commission upon the proposal of the authority in charge of keeping the Register of Electors not later than 20 (twenty) days prior to the polling day.



Polling stations must be arranged in a way providing enough space for all the members of the Polling Boards to have insight and access to the ballot box and the election material at all times.



Not later than 10 (ten) days prior to the polling day, the Municipal Election Commission shall announce which polling station have been set up and which electors shall vote at a particular polling station.
