Polling stations in the constituency shall be opened at 8 a.m. and closed at 9 p.m. During this interval, the polling stations must be open non-stop.
The electors who are present at the polling station at the time of its closing shall be allowed to cast their vote, and the polling board shall previously determine the number and identity of the such voters.
Should the rules referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Article be infringed during the polling, the Polling Board shall be dissolved and a new Polling Board appointed, and polling at that polling station shall be repeated.
