Injunction against appeal against party decisions The regulations laid down in the Associations Act in respect to the invalidation or censure of the association’s decision, do not apply to the decisions of the party or the decisions of party district organisation, main organisation or other organisation, in respect of nominating candidates for an election, election procedures and election candidate applications.
