Assets for the work of election administration bodies, the election material and other expenses for the administration of the election of the election shall be provided by the Municipal Assembly for the election of councillors, and the Republican Assembly for the election of representatives. The request to be allocated these assets, together with the specification of the total expenses, is submitted by the competent election commission.
The Republican Election Commission shall determine the criteria and allocate the assets to municipal election commissions for performing necessary activities in administering the election of representatives.
The Republican election Commission shall determine the manner of and control the spending of assets referred to in paragraph 2 of this Article.
Assets allocated as a fee to persons working in election administration bodies shall be exempted from paying taxes and contributions.
