Article 12
 

If, during Saeima elections, the European Parliament elections, City and Regional Councils elections or a national referendum, violations of the law have been committed in some polling stations and if these violations have affected the election results, the Central Election Commission may decide to annul the election results at the respective polling station. The decision of the Central Election Commission about the repeal of the decision of an election commission or a polling station commission may be appealed in court in accordance with the procedure set by the respective law.
