The new law establishes, in principle, a reasonable calendar for its entry into force. In particular, it distinguishes two blocks: the main one will come into effect on 1 October 2007. The second (Section VI, Interim provisions; and part of the VII: the Final rules) fixes some measures that have to be taken by different bodies for the rest of the Law to be applicable.
