The draft law provides very detailed regulation of elections to the Verkhovna Rada (parliament). The draft law has clearly taken into consideration a number of recommendations of the OSCE/ODIHR and the Venice Commission. There are numerous and detailed provisions to enhance transparency, accountability, and establish processes for voting, counting, and tabulation of results.
