Mandates will be distributed to parties having obtained at least 4% of the votes.[10] The electoral system is the following: number of votes from Party “A” x 12, divided by the total number of votes expressed; the result will give the number of seats allocated to the Party “A”. In the case of non allocated seats, complementary seats would be allocated to parties having obtained the highest number of votes.
