GEORGIA - Opinion on the Draft Organic Law on: Making amendments and additions into the Organic Law-Election Code of Georgia
Since the draft amendments will introduce a new electoral system on Election of Sakrebulo of the Capital of Georgia – Tbilisi (instead of a proportional electoral system which was prescribed by Article 109.2) further clarification could be given. This combined electoral system needs to be clearly defined.
