The provisions of this Chapter (Articles 43-45) on election funding and Articles 46-48 on campaign funding are acceptable by recognised standards, and the latter seem to represent significant reform. A major contribution to enhancing financial transparency is the instalment of Election Campaign Funds (Article 46ff.).
