A voter staying temporarily within the territory of a commune in the period of time which include the polling day shall be included, on his/her own motion, made no later than 10 days before the polling day, into the roll of voters.
The provisions of paragraph 1 shall apply equally to the voter without residence staying within the territory of a commune.
