Conforme a los artículos 99, párrafo segundo de la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos; 185, 193, 195, 197 fracción VIII y 204 de la Ley Orgánica del Poder Judicial de la Federación; 7 y 24 de la Ley General del Sistema de Medios de Impugnación en Materia Electoral, en relación con el numeral 39, fracciones V y VIII del Reglamento Interno del Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federación, se hace de conocimiento público que con el objeto de resolver los medios de impugnación que motivaron la integración de los expedientes que a continuación se precisan, esta Sala Regional correspondiente a la Primera Circunscripción Plurinominal con sede en Guadalajara, Jalisco, celebrará sesión pública en el Salón de Plenos, el próximo día 04 de septiembre de 2013 a las 13:30 horas. |
