II, DE LA LEY ORGÁNICA DEL PODER JUDICIAL DE LA FEDERACIÓN, 7 Y 24, DE LA LEY
GENERAL DEL SISTEMA DE MEDIOS DE IMPUGNACIÓN EN MATERIA ELECTORAL, RELACIONADOS
CON EL NUMERAL 53, FRACCIONES I, V Y XV, DEL REGLAMENTO INTERNO DEL TRIBUNAL
ELECTORAL DEL PODER JUDICIAL DE LA FEDERACIÓN, SE HACE DEL CONOCIMIENTO PÚBLICO
QUE CON EL OBJETO DE RESOLVER LOS MEDIOS DE IMPUGNACIÓN QUE MOTIVARON LA
INTEGRACIÓN DE LOS EXPEDIENTES QUE A CONTINUACIÓN SE PRECISAN, SE CELEBRARÁ
SESIÓN PÚBLICA POR VIDEOCONFERENCIA EL PRÓXIMO 24 DE ABRIL A LAS 12:00 HORAS, DE
CONFORMIDAD CON EL ACUERDO GENERAL 2/2023 DE LA SALA SUPERIOR DEL TRIBUNAL
ELECTORAL DEL PODER JUDICIAL DE LA FEDERACIÓN, QUE REGULA LAS SESIONES DE LA
SALAS DEL TRIBUNAL Y USO DE HERRAMIENTAS DIGITALES, EN RELACIÓN CON EL ACUERDO
PLENARIO DE LA SALA REGIONAL QUE REGULA LA MANERA EN LA QUE SE APLICARÁ DICHO
ACUERDO AL INTERIOR DE LA SALA MONTERREY.
