The Electoral Commission referred to in Article 6 shall also delete, at least once per year, voters who have met one of the criteria for incapacity referred to in Art. 2, or who have lost the citizenship requirement referred to in Art. 1. The Civil Registrar-Head of the State Electoral Office shall handle ex officio the cases of deletion for death.
The final lists of voters shall be kept for public scrutiny in the State Electoral Office, where they shall be stored.
