Council Members who, for any reason, cease to hold office before the end of their 5-year term, shall be replaced by the candidates of the same list who have obtained the following highest number of votes.
If there is no remaining candidate in the same list, candidates with the highest individual number of votes within the same coalition shall be elected. If the list does not belong to a coalition, the posts shall remain vacant.
