From the starting day of the election campaign referred to in Art. 1, posting of printed material, wall newspapers or other items, illustrations or images conveying ideas, posters representing any form of electoral campaigning shall be allowed only within the designated areas in the territory of each Township and in accordance with the provisions of this regulation.
