(1) The question proposed for referendum shall be worded in such manner that it allows a straightforward response, and permits the National Assembly to decide – on the basis of the outcome of the referendum – whether it has the obligation to make a law, and if so, what kind of a law.
(2) The question proposed for referendum shall not contain any obscene expression or any other expression shocking in any other way.
