(1) The resolution of the National Assembly to order the referendum shall contain the final question for referendum and it shall provide for the budget of the referendum. The question shall be asked in the referendum in the form in which it was worded in the initiative.

(2) The resolution ordering the referendum shall be published in the Official Gazette of Hungary. The Speaker of the National Assembly shall inform the President of the Republic about the ordering of the referendum.
