• 1. Registration of a person as referred to in Article D 2 shall take place upon request, without prejudice to Article D 6, paragraphs two and three. An application from a person who has reached the age of seventeen will be processed for registration starting on the forty-fourth day before reaching the age of eighteen.

• 2. An application must be received no later than the forty-second day before polling day. Applications received after that day will be processed for the subsequent election.

• 3. Notwithstanding the first sentence of the second paragraph, an application to change a registration must be received no later than the sixty-third day before polling day.

• 4. A form must be used for submitting an application. A model for the forms will be established by ministerial regulation.
