• 1. In addition to Article 16 of the General Data Protection Regulation, a registration may be amended:

o a. with respect to a registration referred to in Article D 1, if the person is not registered as a voter, upon request; and

• b. with respect to a registration referred to in Article D 2, if not upon request, ex officio in accordance with the second and third paragraphs.

• 2. The Mayor and Aldermen of The Hague shall process data of a person in the registration that result from a change to their data in the Municipal Personal Records Database.

• 3. The Mayor and Aldermen of The Hague shall remove a person from the registration if they become aware of circumstances on the basis of which the person should not be registered as a voter.
