• 1. A decision on an application as referred to in this Chapter or to exercise the right of rectification, as referred to in Article 16 of the General Data Protection Regulation, regarding a registration as referred to in Article D 1 or D 2, shall be taken no later than at a time to be determined by order in council.
• 2. Ex officio amendments as referred to in Article D 6 shall be considered equivalent to a decision.
