• 1. Title 8.3 of the General Administrative Law Act does not apply to decisions as referred to in this Chapter.

• 2. By way of exception to Article 8:41, fifth paragraph, of the General Administrative Law Act, the period within which the amount due must be credited or deposited is two weeks. The President of the Administrative Jurisdiction Division of the Council of State may set a shorter period.

• 3. The Administrative Jurisdiction Division of the Council of State shall handle the case in accordance with Section 8.2.3 of the General Administrative Law Act. Section 8.2.4 shall not apply. A copy of the notice of appeal shall be sent immediately to the mayor and aldermen.
