Article E 1
 

• 1. For the election of the members of the House of Representatives, the Netherlands is divided into electoral districts, in accordance with the table appended to this Act.


• 2. The electoral districts for the election of the members of the House of Representatives, insofar as they are located in the European part of the Netherlands, also constitute the electoral districts for the election of the members of the Provincial Council. For the election of the members of the Provincial Council, the Provincial Council may divide these electoral districts into multiple constituencies and designate the municipalities where a main polling station is located.


• 3. For the election of the members of the general board, each water board constitutes a single electoral district.


• 4. For the election of the members of the municipal council, each municipality constitutes a single electoral district.
