• 1. For the election of the members of the Provincial Council, the central electoral committee is located in the municipality where the meeting of the Provincial Council is held.


• 2. The central electoral committee consists of five members, one of whom is the chairperson and one of whom is the deputy chairperson.


• 3. The chairperson is the mayor of the municipality where the central electoral committee is located. The deputy chair and the other members, as well as three deputy members, are appointed and dismissed by the Provincial Executive.
