• 1. For the election of the members of the general board, the central electoral committee is located in a municipality within the water board, designated for this purpose by the representative body of the water board.

• 2. The central electoral committee consists of five members, one of whom is the chairperson and one of whom is the deputy chairperson.

• 3. The chairperson of the water board chairs the central electoral committee. The deputy chairperson and the other members, as well as three deputy members, are appointed and dismissed by the executive board.
