• 1. For the election of the members of the municipal council, the central electoral committee consists of three or five members, one of whom is the chairperson and one of whom is the deputy chairperson.

• 2. The mayor chairs the central electoral committee. The deputy chairperson and the other members, as well as three deputy members, are appointed and dismissed by the mayor and aldermen.
