• 1. The Electoral Council shall ensure the availability, maintenance, reliable operation, and security of the results software in accordance with the provisions laid down by or pursuant to this Chapter.

• 2. The Electoral Council shall make the results software available to the user for each election, provided that a test as referred to in Article Ea 5, paragraph 1, has been conducted beforehand.

• 3. If the results software uses centralized facilities, the Electoral Council shall set these up and take central measures to ensure the reliable operation and security of the results software.

• 4. Rules regarding the provision of the results software to the user shall be established by general administrative order.
