• 1. The Electoral Council shall prepare a report of findings on any irregularities it has identified that have jeopardized the reliable or secure operation of the election results software.

• 2. The mayor and aldermen, the executive board, and the user shall, upon request and on their own initiative, provide the Electoral Council with data and information necessary for the Electoral Council to prepare the report.

• 3. The Electoral Council shall send a report to the representative body concerned as soon as possible after its adoption and shall make it publicly available electronically in a generally accessible manner.
