• 1By way of exception to Articles 6:7 and 6:8, first paragraph, of the General Administrative Law Act, an appeal against:

o a. a decision as referred to in Articles G 1 through G 3 shall be filed no later than the sixth day after the date of the official gazette in which that decision was communicated;

o b. a decision as referred to in Article G 4 shall be filed no later than the sixth day after the date on which that decision was published.

• 2. Article D 8 applies accordingly.
