Article I 7
 

• 1. Notwithstanding Article 8:1 of the General Administrative Law Act, an appeal against a decision as referred to in Article I 4 may be lodged by an interested party and any voter. By way of exception to Article 6:7 of the General Administrative Law Act, the period for filing an appeal is four days.


• 2. Article D 8 applies mutatis mutandis.


• 3. The Administrative Jurisdiction Division of the Council of State shall render a decision no later than the sixth day after receipt of the appeal.


• 4. If the decision of the Administrative Jurisdiction Division of the Council of State upholds the appeal, it shall determine that its decision shall replace the annulled decision.


• 5. The President of the Administrative Jurisdiction Division of the Council of State shall immediately notify the parties and the chair of the central electoral committee of the decision.
