Except in the cases mentioned in Chapters K, L, and M, the voter shall participate in the vote at a polling station of their choice located in the municipality where they are registered as a voter on the day of nomination and that is located within the area of ​​the body for which the election is being held.

• 2. The mayor and aldermen may decide that voters may vote at one or more polling stations located within the municipality but outside the area of ​​the body for which the election is being held.
