• 1. The chairperson and members of the polling station, as well as the persons working at the polling station, who participate in the vote in a municipality other than the one where they are registered as eligible to vote, may, if they are eligible to vote for the body for which the election is being held, choose to vote at this polling station or at a polling station within the municipality where they are registered as eligible to vote.

• 2. The casting of their vote shall be recorded in the official report.

• 3. This article does not apply to elections of members of the municipal council.
