• 1. During the time the polling station is in session, anyone is entitled to remain in the polling station, provided that this does not disrupt order or impede the progress of the session.

• 2. Persons present in the polling station may raise objections orally.

• 3. The objections, as well as the polling station's response to them, shall be recorded in the minutes of the polling station meeting. Insofar as personal data is processed pursuant to this provision, Articles 15, 16, and 18 of the General Data Protection Regulation shall not apply.
