• 1. Our Minister of Foreign Affairs may, in pursuance of a treaty or an international agreement, authorize persons to witness the conduct of the elections as observers.
• 2. An observer is authorized to remain in the polling station during the time the polling station is in session.
• 3. Further rules regarding election observation may be established by or pursuant to a general administrative order.
