• 1. In accordance with the provisions of this Chapter, voters are permitted, upon request, to participate in the vote at a polling station of their choice within the area of the body for which the election is being held.
• 2. Without prejudice to the first paragraph, voters may vote at the polling stations referred to in Article J 5, second paragraph.
